The Landmarked building is structurally sound. But the windows need refurbishing and the exterior needs renovation.
The mansard roof area is undeveloped and can be used for much needed storage or exhibit space.

The plan is to demolish the central area and install an elevator thru the Mansard area.
The development of the mansard roof area has a ball park estimate of $3,000,000. When a potential funder commits, we will hire a landmark architect to give estimates. The elevator would be approximately $2,000,000. We have had some architects & engineers look at it. if you would like to fund it we can provide a budget. The area can be named for you, for example "the John Doe Exhibit Hall."
