The Annual Report for the WAH Center covers the period from July 1 of each year through June 30 of the following year, coinciding with the Center’s fiscal year. The report is issued annually and can be seen here online:

The WAH center is an all volunteer organization. As such it does not have salaried staff. It is run sucessfully for nearly 30 years because Yuko Nii and Terrance Lindall devote over 80 hours per weeks to arranging shows and events and promoting them with a cadre of artists and performers

Both the WAH Center and YNF are debt free. The building has no mortgages or encumbrances. Operating on a shoestring budget it produces local and international shows of the highest quality.
However, Yuko & Terrance are in their 80's and realize that now in the time for salaried employees. As such we need an endowment for an executive director and program director.
We are looking for a $2,000,000 endowment donation for the executive director's position. The director's title will be "The 'John Doe' Director of the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center." The principle will remain intact and earnings used to fund the annual salary and benefits, any shortfall funded by the Yuko Nii Foundation.
